Al-Saga-06: "Crabby" Clerics form 'Nuclear Wildcard'
"Nuclear Creeds, Nuclear prayers"... The wealthy Radical Clerics continue to 'step-up the centrifuge'...Mohamed ElBaradei, director-general of the IAEA, is quoted as saying that "based on our most recent inspections, the second centrifuge cascade is in place and ready to go." Read more...

- Wish they were more like Brazil... who at 5%; will not produce Warheads which need ore that has been enriched to 95 percent uranium-235...

-It's pretty clear what this 'radical clergy'(above) was doing in 1979...

-But...I wonder where Iran's current President was?...
-Here's a little background from - globalsecurity:

Following the 1979 Islamic revolution he became a member the ultra-conservative faction of the Office for Strengthening Unity [OSU] Between Universities and Theological Seminaries. The OSU was established by Ayatollah Mohammad Beheshti, one of Khomeini’s key collaborators, to organize Islamist students against the rapidly growing Mojahedin-e Khalq (MeK).

From globalsecurity.org:
"When the idea of storming the American embassy in Tehran was raised by the OSU, Ahmadinejad suggested storming the Soviet embassy at the same time"...

About the image: Barry Rosen, a former press officer at the embassy who now works at Columbia University told Reuters he had no direct memory of Mr. Ahmadinejad but supported another former hostage, former Colonel David Roeder, who said yesterday that Mr Ahmadinejad had assisted interrogations of the hostages.

Roeder said that out of his 51 interrogations, Ahmadinejad personally had conducted one-third of them!
-Newsmax has (archives) Former Hostages ID Ahmadinejad .

Timmerman says :
"For twenty-six years, the government of Iran has not been held accountable for their violation of international law," said Kevin Hermening, who at 21 was a freshly-arrived Marine guard at the Embassy and the youngest hostage. "Despite our political differences as individuals, we all agree as a group that it is time to seek remedy. Ahmadinejad and his government need to be treated as a pariah."
