Democrats reintroduce 'S. 787' Federal Gov. "water grab" from States

-Posted by D. Worth (US) | for- M. Barbay (France)

Senate Bill 787 will change federal jurisdiction over "navigable" water, to give the federal government control over all water everywhere, in municipal reservoirs, and on private lands, and in private wells. This bill ignores state water law authority and the Fifth Amendment.of the U.S. Constitution! -S. 787

This so-called "clear water act" grabs beyond State or Federal Constitutions; and in my case, would over-ride home-owner association protections where fees and strict maintenance, for healthy waters; are ALREADY a priority under our State Laws...

This Federal intrusion is NOT needed!
Say NO!! Contact your Senators & Congressmen...

UPDATE: Just found this little video...

Think of it people... The Federal Government would have the power to divert water away from your property, and "redistribute" it elsewhere.... Another UNCONSTITUTIONAL over-reach, under the guises of "clean water"...
While STATE LAWS (thankfully) remain some of the world's most strict...
