Fate of Sunni Block | Iran’s Aqua Folder?

Iraqi forces Crackdown on Iraq Sunni leader...
Qasim Atta, the Spokesman in name of the Iraqi government announced, on Thursday evening, that the Iraqi forces had detonated two car bombs found in the office of the powerful Sunni politician, Adnan al-Dulaimi...
Is Iraq going for: 'Innocent until proven guilty'?
Adnan al-Dulaimi on Al-Jazeera Channel said:
" I have no car bombs inside my office, and it was incumbent on Qasim Atta contact me before announcement to the media, and this is a failed attempt to tarnish our reputation."

But first...One question:
Why is the Iraqi Parliament (on 11/27/07) using the Iranian Parliament’s turquoise folders?! (Turquoise must be a popular color?)
Same Turquoise Folders! Image: Posted in Iran in late 2006-07

(From above) Adnan al-Dulaimi continues to say:
Iraqi forces have arrested my son and my guards and prevented me from leaving my house and that the Iraqi security forces had detonated two cars caused killed six American soldiers and a man of the awakening council and great damage to the headquarters of Relief and Development and burned a large quantity of medicines and medical devices...
A week ago, A similar thing happened:
"After Council awakening cleared Azamiya Neighborhood from al-Qaeda and re-hung security and asked the displaced to return, then the Iraqi forces entered the district wreaking havoc and sectarian lines, random arrest every one seen and they blew up a car on a group of Iraqis in Azamiya Neighborhood.
... And then Adnan al-Dulaimi said in a statement:
"Terrorists detonated a car bomb near the Shiite shrine killed 5 iraqis." to make them think that the victims are Shiites; But the reality is no Shiite shrine in Azamiya, all who killed are Sunnis."

"Most who in Army and police are from militias Muqtada and Badr Organization and their daily work large crimes against Sunnis."
Note: Adnan al-Dulaimi Belongs Dulaim tribe also which Abu Risha from this tribe, it is largest tribes of Iraq and the the Middle East.

Majority of effort toward Reconciliation has come from Sunni efforts!
"Iraqi vice-president and Sunni leader Tariq al-Hashemi has held talks with Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, Iraq's most senior Shia cleric.
The meeting came a day after Mr Hashemi published proposals that he said would help achieve reconciliation in Iraq. Read
And Sunnis have greatly succeeded in quelling the Violence!
