WASHINGTON -
This morning we experienced a drastic measure security, due to an
unidentified caller who reported gunfire coming from inside the garage
of the Rayburn House Office Building, on Capital Hill...
Amidst the lock-down, and state of panic. Police with rifles lined
the street between Capitol and Rayburn building, four ambulances,
two firetrucks, etc; on standby outside the office structure...
"It's a little unsettling to get a Blackberry message put in
front of you that says there's gunfire in the building,"... Explained Rep. Peter Hoekstra (R-Mich)
Conducting a House Intelligence Committee hearing, Hoekstra was
interrupted a witness to request those attending the meeting to
remain in the room and said the doors must be closed.
