U.S. School Administrations Fail

3-D Flags"SAN DIEGO | In the wake of last week’s immigration-reform
protests, one school district is taking drastic measures, banning
~all symbols of patriotism, both U.S. and Mexican.~
Beginning Monday, the Oceanside Unified School District is
banning all flags and patriotic clothing. According to school
officials, some students are using the garments and flags

perhaps are unsure because "taking allegiance to America has
become a prerogative instead of a requirement to live, work,
and go to school in this country. A lack of patriotism is a
symptom of a greater ill... Illegal immigration continues to
feed this ill. Our schools (funded by United States Dept.
of Schools from property taxes of its U.S. citizens) employ
U.S. School Administrations, who failed to address

Pardon the expression ~That's a flag raise, in itself!
Other than that, who really cares if someone wears
a Mexican flag as a headscarf.~~~~~~~Again, words of Roosevelt:
There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
