White House says this only applies to Virginia; but this is un-true... Constitutional Law is uniform, not parsed state over state. Note how the wording has changed... The term "individual mandate" (in Bill) is now being called, "Individual Responsibility" Provisions.
The Mandate is of numerous "questionable" acts...
