Much of small business (middle class) was threatened, marginalized, and the sum result created a massive Government Bureaucracy circle... People (corporations) were forced to lay off workers due to the terror of hidden rules, and the threat of Gov-forced Tax obligations, during recession.
Democrats audit their own ethics; so no objections are allowed.
NOBODY wants tyrannical political-warfare healthcare run like this!
Layoff figures show that this Administration allowed fear to build amongst the largest earners of America; as our COURTS were used to radicalize the MOST UNCONSTITUTIONAL threats of Social engineering, racism, and class warfare ever waged upon America. (And NOT inherited from Bush!)
SEIU, AFL-CIO, UAW CBS, NBC, ABC, NYT, LAT (and more) are all the Obama Team's PR special interests groups; which donate billions to Democrat's campaigns... Obama destroys Middle Class Corporate America, makes them "over-tax-obligated" while giving their future wealth to BANKS; and now wants Corporations to be excluded from election donations??
Small businesses Corporations... Most small businesses incorporate for organization, liabilities, tax initiatives, and charity-giving; and if they've somehow managed to escape the wrath of the Obama Administration; they DO NOT WANT UNIONIZATION!
