As Obama Administration restricts & pushes many of the States about as far as they can go... Intentionally pushing Texas, is a huge mistake... I guess they never heard the expression, "Don't Mess With Texas."
In my view, Texas would really make a much better Capital of the US, than D.C; and would lift restrictions & spark US recovery in record time!
