The American people are for the recognition of Constitutional limits, and return of power to the states and the people... This is to the benefit of all Americans; as we try to stop the theft of property & liberty.
Article 1 Section 7 of the Constitution. The Senate isn’t Constitutionally authorized to propose new taxes. They can amend tax measures that the House has sent over, but they can’t originate a new revenue measure.
Democrats are amending existing House Bills with revenue provisions; and assume that we will not challenge... 'Constitutional grounds.'
