Personal Note:
With the Altair lunar lander to take human beings to the surface of the moon for the first time since Apollo and is part of NASA's Constellation Program... This is Griffin's work.
UPDATE: I had to change this note after realizing that it appears that one of the configurations (above video) is, I believe, of 'INDIA' origin... Maybe this would be like going home... Not only have they recently arrived... Perhaps INDIA might team with NASA, with Griffin (founder), to further expedite this project...

Tonight's Moon 14 per cent bigger and 30 per cent brighter, as it makes a full orbit around the Earth in a slightly oval-shaped path, and tonight it will swing by the Earth at its closest distance, or perigee. It will pass by 356,613km (221,595 miles) away, which is about 28,000km closer than average. more.
