With 93% of the vote reporting, Chairman Michael Williams leads his Democratic opponent 52% to 44%; and has declared victory!
Basically, Americans are some of the most competitive.... I suggest making the necessary recovery of our Nation, a contest; with billions of extra rewards to the State who implements the most rapid recovery; instead of penalties.
