Gatewaypundit Notes:
Both Palin and Colombia's President, Alvaro Uribe hold 80% approval ratings!

The 80% approval is accurate, unless one interviews FARC, election losers, or politicians called out of office for criminal activity... (As Palin's opponents have.) Also tragic, but important to note... President Uribe's father was assassinated by the FARC Rebels... which later brought the Colombian President forward to the aid of his country...

The consensus of the Palin meeting...
Our allies really like her! They've found her to be very empowering, knowledgeable, and dedicated to both the US, and sincere interest in their causes!
Gateway notes: democrats dodge of President Uribe this week in Washington; further displays the Democrat's misunderstanding of peace; as the strengthening of important treaties; rather than phasing them out.

Palin's meeting with Karzai was noted by al Jazeera: #
"I found her a capable woman. She had the right questions on Afghanistan. She was concerned and she said how she can help," Karzai said after the meeting at a Manhattan hotel. more.
Karzai and Palin discussed security problems in Afghanistan, including cross-border attacks from fighters in Pakistan and the need for more US troops in Afghanistan.

"These are relationships that she intuitively understands are very important for the next president and vice-president of the United States"
-Steve Biegun (Palin adviser)
The meetings continue to reflect the unity of Reform, Prosperity, and Peace... The central theme of the McCain/Palin Presidency. With mutual interests in such issues as free trade, amidst safe, productive, and strengthened Int'l relations... Neighbors will find Palin the right ingredient toward better relations with U.S...
McCain, Palin expected to meet Manmohan
