In time, the millions of Iraqi displaced will return to hold stake in their OWN government. (Unlike the millions who fled during the decades of Saddam’s rule.) This must be the greatest consideration for all countries in which they currently reside...
Regardless of circumstance; this is the Iraqis future, & goal of Iraqi troops.
