Princess Lolwah Al-Faisal daughter of a former Saudi king and Al-sister of two prominent members of the current government, Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal and Prince Turki Al- Faisal, the outgoing Saudi ambassador to the United States, is pictured (above) at the World Economic Forum... The driving ban imposed by the kingdom's ruling male elite, is thought to be an issue by which King Abdullah may yet lift from dormant state to its place amongst Saudi public debate. Of course to many Saudis, it is said that the easing of the driving ban is not centered as a women's rights issue...
Instead, it's one by which will greatly assist the country's economic development. :)
