Strawberry Protein Drink


"We're all busy this time of the year...
This little drink will keep your energy
up, during tax-time!"
~~~~

~Individual serving~

1/2 Vanilla soymilk (or regular milk)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh of frozen strawberry (or plain) yogurt
Slice of lime and slice of whole peach (optional)
A couple of whole strawberries for deco

How to:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and
process until smooth. If too thick, add a bit
of vanilla soymilk, and blend for 5 seconds...


Tip 1: Add protein powder if meal replacement.
Tip 2: Don't go without food!
