Equality Between All U.S. Immigrants
"Uh-- excuse...excuse me, please!..Just one minute!
"If Mexican Immigrants are temporary, we might
just as well make them eligible to vote in 08."- Ted~~~~Speeches, Legislation...Laws for new Immigrants...
Our government assumes that all of America's
Immigrants are from Mexico, as they prioritize
by race. This not only violates our principals, but also leaves
millions who patiently go through the process of
citizenship, at an unfair disadvantage. ~~~~The accurate count of immigrants who await U.S.
citizenship in this country, exceeds the count of Mexico.~~~~"The thread of Democracy is a delicate one, with its
enduring quality being: 'the ability to regard people
of all race and creed, as equal'.
Likewise, a Country with true Democracy has the
first responsibility to protect its citizen's sovereignty.
Its duty is to suppress insurrections
and repel Invasions." -M.B. ~~~~~~~ International law requires four criteria for a
functioning, sovereign state: Permanent population,
a recognized territory, a functioning government
and the capability to conduct international relations.~~~~U.S. Constitution Article 4 Section 4:"The United States shall guarantee to every State
in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and
shall protect each of them against Invasion;"~~~~
U.S. Constitution Article 1 Section 8 Clause 15: "The Congress shall have Power to provide for
calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws
of the Union, suppress insurrections
and repel Invasions;" Linked with: Basil's: Articles of interest | Jo's Monday~~~~Visit Heidi at Guard the borders...A link to her site below:
