Gbagbo called for UN supervised recount, of "over-votes" in regions; said he would step down, if found not to be the winner.. NO RESPONSE.
Today, IMF freezes finances to Ivory leader; and although UN, under its current mandate, "cannot physically get involved or intervene" (as Ouattara's supporters want it to do)... UN [support] for opposition, drives the nation's civil war.
