Continues the day after Mediterranean undersea cables were damaged:

I've not yet been contacted by Dr "H" (in Alexandria) but will send his insights to D. Worth when I have the update. Likely he'll know the complete situation. Interesting: Submarine communications cable.
Cyberterrorism, perhaps? Thought not...According to BBC:
