"Gently press the little baby roses amongst the ice as a final step, after the (recipe below) is completed; & sorbet is frozen hard"..MB
2 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup of raspberries:
~Option one: Puree berries and run through sieve to remove seeds (as I have.)
~Option two: Leave them in, and add a tiny bit (mashed) at end process.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to:
Whisk the first three ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in purred raspberries and vanilla. (Option: 1 or 2) Chill.
Transfer mixture to ice-cream maker and process according to the type ice-cream maker you choose...

~Now you are ready to transfer sorbet to container & freeze until completely firm.
"After you have decorated the bowl, use the melon-baller to scoop shape and place throughly frozen sorbet."
Tip 1: Place small bowl, at each end of table..(*cleanse pallet)
Tip 2: Can also be served a-top warm apple charlotte.

Personally, food tastes better when the table is beautiful, and shared with friends... As Denmark continues to establish new subsidiaries, and continues to strengthen its presence in new export locations... We must not allow freedom of expression to be the:
ruin of any country....
