Peace Garden Memorial
[Tupac Arts Center; Atlanta, Ga.| reut.]
A Violent Life, a Peaceful Memorial...
Located in the Peace Garden at The Tupac Amaru Shakur Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, now stands this bronze Memorial.
According to Author Todd Boyd , “Excitement, angst, irony, tension, and comic relief are needed to sustain any cultural movement.”
Tupak not only put to the task, his own personal measurement of a culture’s plight within the Contemporary America of his time, he also aligned with the strengths and changes, within an entire diversity of popular culture ...
A repeated dynamic throughout history, which seems to enable a culture, to be clueless to the questionable ways at which late Artists conduct their Lifes, but rather retain profound respect for their freedoms of expression, as Art form.
