I've omitted (37) links from this post... The idea of Freedom, is that people can think for themselves; therefore all that is needed, is to stay Free...
A couple of short videos, but (obviously) today's Communists don't really need to shoot anyone... They'll control your food supply, lock-down your property, & destroy your jobs... And before you know it, you'll give up freedoms like speech, expression, your health, and then unknowingly... your vote...
This video takes a look at the effects, from years of lore... Wherever GOV transitions itself, it weakens Independence...
You'll recognize its gradual shift if you are:
Driven by continual crisis which stems from divisional politics; or pet projects such as racial and religious divisions, border negligence, food (and/or) virus scares; or (most commonly) economical uncertainty.
GOV crams policy, and propagandizes "supposed" social ills... And then labels them "opposition"... All-the-while, taking your eye off of their broken promises.
And as 'citizen gullibility' feeds from the hand of vote-gatherers; there's an array of ill-thought-out policy; never meant to be delivered... All is "made-up" as they go; just to create a more manageable GOV-control...
One of the most notable signs is how they fail to look back to see the mayhem their GOV groups inflict... But this never matters because GOV control of the media, secures that they're never really held accountable... Any 'citizen recourse' is publicly ridiculed, shamed; and most are labeled as bigots.
If four or more of these examples apply, serious changes in GOV need to be made by the people; or GOV Lawlessness, and civilian casualty, is sure to follow...

In summary... No one knows quite why Communists are eventually brought-down by their own loyalists... Maybe because they keep their eye on groups of which they inflict such disparaging injustices...
More likely it is because they fail to keep up with the party favors.....
