USA is probably the only country in the world where a loser of lawsuit case can simply walk away without paying any reparations for the time and resources an accused lost in order to defend oneself against false allegations. And it shows.
We're a Nation of "Lawyers", w/ bad laws & tax code...

First, know well of the supreme law of USA - The US Constitution.
Second, know well of our state Code of Criminal Procedure and Penal Code - The two most powerful and important tools citizens can use; i.e: public servants... Third, after we use our laws to take control of the court system then we can start to repeal all those bad laws and tax code...
