Moore Defames War Vet- Served Suit

Disputes, deceptions, slanders, and plagiarisms,
inserted into a twisted chain of events, have left some
often with both: property rights stolen, & identity improperly
portrayed. But this time, distributing an inappropriately
displayed footage of a veteran of war, Moore is served suit.
This also serves as a warning for Moore's future contacts.
(Yes, this is the same videographer who
duped 9-11 passengers as "scaredy cats")


The latest lawsuit for Moore, concerning his documentary: Fahrenheit 9/11...
A veteran, and double-amputee, Sgt. Peter Damon; National Guardsman from Middleborough: Filed in Suffolk Superior Court last week...for the total of 85 million...

"The work creates a substantially fictionalized and falsified
implication as a wounded serviceman who was left behind
when Plaintiff was not left behind but supported, financially
and emotionally, by the active assistance of the President,
the United States and his family, friends, acquaintances
and community," Damon says in his lawsuit. more...

The Deceptive Portrayals emerged after he'd received assistance of Homes For Our Troops, a not-for-profit group, who helped to build him a house with handicapped accessibility...
Also Named in the suit: NBC - along with Harvey and Robert Weinstein, Miramax Corp., Lions Gate Films and other production companies involved with the picture.

More of those he has harmed: Egyptian Filmmaker Zvi Dor-Ner, who demanded compensation for the use and distribution of footage from five film clips (belonging to Dor-Ner) of his exclusive meetings with Bin Laden...

Who can forget how Moore: Stole the title From 84 year old, Ray Bradbury's Science Fiction Classic: "Fahrenheit 451."According to the Swedish daily, Bradbury said he had tried to discuss the issue with Moore several months ago, but that the director avoided him.
