Update: Video: Russia Stages a Substantial Withdrawal

I Long for happier days; before Iranian test missile firings, elevated enrichments, and ballistic war-head developments... And before the Russian & Int'l Community handed down UN Security Sanctions, to bring Iran into compliance with IAEA regulations. Without Iran's elevated enrichments, we wouldn't need a 'missile shield!'
Image-Alex V: Bush Ranch Visit.

But there's more...
Back in 2007... Russia's NATO envoy, Dmitry Rogozin, warned that if the EU and NATO came into conflict with the UN over Kosovo, Russia would "proceed from the view that in order to be respected, we must use brute force." Video.

I see a better way: 'With Measured Tones of Diplomacy'...
Exactly the words of former US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage; who met with Russian Federation-controlled News Media ('Russia Today') Armitage made clear that, the actions taken between Russia and Georgia were extreme; and assured all, that Washington did not encourage Georgia to start a war...
Logic: With war in Iraq, & application for NATO, this would make no sense.

Question and Answer: The former Deputy Secretary explains:
"We are not used to having democracies attacked."

America is caught between two different sets of 'outcome-seeking media: A 'Russian-controlled' media, and (oddly) the US 'Left-controlled' media who do an election-spin (I dare say, inappropriate considering the plight of these people!)

The region, caught-up in a difficult position, would benifit 'NOW' by diplomatic efforts to solve this crisis... And not another "if only you elect Obama", stragedy; as with US economy, and energy solution... Face it: The US left, is the LAST thing on the minds of these respective Nations in conflict...

First Drafts article explains Russia's motive to secure its foothold in the south Caucasus and to solidify alliances with key ethnic allies like the Ossetians in the ongoing counter-insurgency along its southern border... [Enlarge-Image] Konstantin

And how it may backfire by bringing its own side of the border back into the spotlight... More. 'leave or be shot', orders:Read this now!

First, why the U.S. is there...
For decades, America's non-military Foreign aid and volunteers have supported these small Nations... Now gripped in ethnic violence. PDF- (US 08-fig: 20% of total yearly aid)

Europeans maintain alliance, under the valid concern of Russian control; but Americans are concerned with hundreds of aid workers from Unicef, and
USaid who provide specific aid and development to many countries, including Tbilsi, Georgia and in Moscow and Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia) as we do in many regions of the globe!

View 2 min video... Two months ago, As Unicef finally moved from "aid" in North Osetia; to development-status! ...THEIR Independence is the goal!!
Duration: 02:24 | Recorded: 30 May 2008

THE MILITARY CONFLICT: In Russia's quest to re-consolidate its alliances among southern leaders... Russia’s protection of threatened South Ossetians in Georgia, in co-operation with North Ossetia, has done more to rally Kremlin allies there than any other political event since the terror attack on Beslan North Ossetia, in 2004... (Caution sensitive Video)

Note: Even Chechen special forces loyal to Moscow, who had taken a break from fighting insurgents at home, were spotted waving to photographers on their ride into battle in Tskhinvali, the devastated capitol of South Ossetia, on the frontline of Russia’s advance...Read.

Three items to take note, as the beginning of RF military build-up occurred BEFORE Georgians sent troops into the region...

First: An early death count...
Human Rights Watch report on South Ossetia: Story.
Reliable body count, before arrival of Russians (45 Dead/ 30 injured)
Russian intervention touted "thousands" by Georgian genocide.

Second: Video- Confirmed: Russian Shoot Up SUV

Doesn't look fake, nor cries for Allah... You be the judge!

Third: VIDEO: Russian troops (on tape) Looting (Gori bank)
(If this is not addressed, then why isn't it?)

Also notable:
The accurate understanding that Stalin ordered the mass deportation of Chechens, Ingush, Karachai, Balkars and other groups from southern Russia to central Asia for their apparent lack of loyalty, he allowed the Ossetians to remain and climb into the Soviet power structure...

The Ossetians remained loyal to the Kremlin—while they were unhappy about the partition of their nation, until Georgian independence its purpose was merely administrative. More.

Which finally led me to:
The head Conspiracy Hunter!

He's the Brit version of Michael Moore... (Analysis below)
VIDEO: Lizards & Jews... (My appologies to the Queen; in advance)

Lengthy film... Here's my analysis:
I've the conclusion that this represents a way of expressing your disapproval of Society, its people, and system... And maybe even certain cultural existences...

I believe that the label being used (in this case, reptile) is a way to "pin" it on certain people, without having to criticize them for the real 'under-lying' reasons (above) ... What you cannot prove, exists on the edges of "however it will not become rejected"... And if it does; well then, you have a "new" complaint.

In conclusion...
It is less offensive to me, than the possibility that you are not free to express... But it does take more courage to seek council to heal some of the feelings which view such divisions... Reptiles? Non...

Here's another, that took the Reptilian Conspiracy, way too far!

Most military conflicts in the post-Soviet space have had to do with the separatist desires of territories with different ethnic or religious demographics than the majority of the state they're officially recognized as part of... Some, destabilized, to be kept under control.

Conflicts in the former Soviet Union...
Nagorno-KarabakhSouth Ossetia1st AbkhaziaGeorgiaNorth OssetiaTransnistriaTajikistan1st Chechnya2nd Abkhazia - Dagestan2nd Chechnya

Such territories and resulting military conflicts have so far been:
Chechnya, where separatists have been seeking independence from Russia. This conflict has bled over into and Dagestan and Ingushetia likely, at times.
Transnistria, de-facto independent from Moldova
Abkhazia and South Ossetia, de-facto independent from Georgia, and Adjara has been seeking higher level of autonomy.
Nagorno-Karabakh, de-facto independent from Azerbaijan and Talysh-Mughan Autonomous Republic (Talyshstan) has been seeking higher level of autonomy.

Civil wars unrelated to separatist movements...
These have occurred twice in the region:
The Georgian Civil War between the forces of Zviad Gamsakhurdia and Eduard Shevardnadze. The war ended after Russian forces intervened in support of Shevardnadze's government, which in turn agreed to join the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The Tajikistan Civil War that lasted between 1992 and 1997.
